Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons or for made-to-order pieces, processing may take a little longer — we will keep you informed.
Dispatch & tracking
Once your parcel is packed and handed to our courier partner, we will mark your order as dispatched and add tracking details to your order page under My Orders.
You can track your parcel from My Orders as soon as a tracking number and link are available.
Delivery timelines
Delivery times depend on your destination within India, courier availability, and local conditions. We do not publish fixed delivery dates until service is confirmed for your pin code.
Metro deliveries are typically faster, while remote regions may require additional transit time.
Delays & courier partner
DHHAGAÉ works with trusted courier partners for deliveries across India. Tracking appears in your order details after dispatch and is updated as the shipment moves in transit.
